Join us for the much anticipated return of Milkfarm's most popular live event: Parmigiano Reggiano Cracking Party! Milkfarm is taking over all of Benny Boy Brewing (brewery, cider house and beer garden) for this super fun, private event. Ticket holders will enjoy an educational slideshow presentation (on the big screens) on how this glorious cheese is made, followed by a live-cracking of an 85lb wheel of cheese! Learn all about the cheese making process, see how Cheesemongers actually cut into this goliath of a wheel, enjoy samples of the freshest chunk of Parmigiano Reggiano you'll ever taste, and pair it with a house-made beer, cider or wine! Benny Boy is opening their doors for event go-ers only, and we hope you'll join us for a wonderful summer evening under the stars!
