Pippin Pommeau is a 1-year-old apple brandy blended with apple juice, then barrel-aged for another 1-2 years. The result is a glorious, boozy apple elixir at 17% ABV. Inspired by the traditional French style hailing from Normandy, France, our California take is made with 100% California Newtown Pippin apples and distilled locally at craft distillery Loft & Bear. Batch 3 is as Golden State as it gets. Serve slightly chilled in a cute glass for sipping before, during or after dinner…or really whenever you desire.
