Pippin Pommeau is a 1-year-old apple brandy blended with apple juice, then barrel-aged for another 1-2 years. The result is a glorious, boozy apple elixir at 17% ABV. Inspired by the traditional French style hailing from Normandy, France, our California take is made with 100% California Newtown Pippin apples and distilled locally at craft distillery Loft & Bear. Batch 3 is as Golden State as it gets. Serve slightly chilled in a cute glass for sipping before, during or after dinner…or really whenever you desire.

This cider was pressed by over 200 volunteer Angelenos at Applefest 2024, and is a blend of premium Newtown Pippin, Mutsu, and Spitzenberg California apples from the Central Coast. It's dry, fruity, crisp, and sparkling - the perfect companion for your holiday dinner parties. Bottle is hand dipped in wax.
We saved these special bottles, so visitors to Applefest 2025 could try last year’s cider and get excited about their vintage, which will be released in early 2026.
