Pippin Pommeau is a 1-yr old apple brandy blended with apple juice, and then barrel-aged for 1-2 years. The result is a 19% glorious, boozy apple elixir. The style hails from the Normandy region of France, but ours is as California as it gets – made with 100% California Newtown Pippin apples, and distilled at The Spirit Guild in DTLA. Serve slightly chilled in a cute glass for sipping before, during, and after dinner… or really whenever your heart desires.

Part Deux is the Pippin Pommeau you know and love, but barrel-aged in oak for another year. Which means, compared to Batch 1, it features a slightly darker amber color, a more pronounced expression of the apple shining through, more mellow alcohol on the nose, silkier mouthfeel, and a smoother, richer, more mature roundness of flavor. It’s perfect for sipping over the holidays and beyond!
