The result is a glorious, boozy apple elixir at 18.9% ABV. Inspired by the traditional French style hailing from Normandy, France, our California take is made with 100% California Newtown Pippin apples and distilled locally at craft distillery Loft & Bear. Batch 4 is as Golden State as it gets.
