Join us for the launch of two special cider/wine releases in collaboration with Pali Wine Co. Enjoy a curated tasting experience celebrating “cider is wine” as you’re guided through a flight of four tasters (cider → co-ferments → wines) by the makers themselves: our cider maker Benny Farber, and Pali’s winemaker Aaron Walker. Learn how these two swapped apples and grapes for some truly unique hybrids, and be the first to taste Harvest Handshake (sparkling rosé cider) and Chardonapple (sparkling apple-grape wine) on their debut!
