Join us for a Chaat Party pop up featuring Indian street food and our Pondicherry tea-inspired cider collaborations! We’re stoked to be partnering once again with Puneet and Robin of Pondicherry Dry Goods for this special (and delicious) event. 

Pondicherry specializes in sustainably grown small batch artisan teas, spices & special ingredients, grown by small farmers in the Himalayas and Malabar Coast who use regenerative farming techniques and hand-craft their products for peak flavor and Nature intended benefits. For our collab drinks, we selected a masala chai blend and green tea to infuse our cider with. We’ll be tapping them both for the Chaat! 

Chaat is popular Indian street food — a mix of savory, sweet, spicy, and tangy – and Puneet and Robin will be cooking up these traditional dishes, all incorporating their fantastic spices of course. 

We’re so excited to be hosting this event as a part of Regarding Her Food’s Women’s History Month Festival, a month-long celebration spotlighting the incredible achievements of women-led food and beverage businesses. The fest features exclusive pop-ups, chef collaborations, mini marts, and special events throughout the region. It’s all about driving traffic to women-led businesses while building community, equity, and inclusion—and creating a space to honor women’s impact on the culinary world and beyond.
